We have thoughtfully structured this process to be seamless, transparent, and reassuring — ensuring that your confidence in our brand remains uncompromised from purchase to post-delivery support.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement for eligible LORVATO purchases within 20 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Returns or replacements may be requested if:

  • You require a different size or color

  • The item does not meet your expectations

  • The product arrives damaged or incorrect

All requests are handled discreetly and personally by the Lorvato Concierge.

To ensure smooth and timely processing, please note the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags, accessories, protective covers, and branded packaging must be included

  • Returns must be initiated within 20 days of the delivery date

  • Items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered

Please note:

  • Final Sale, Customized, or Personalized items are not eligible for return or replacement

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Our process has been designed for simplicity and elegance:

Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Complete the online return request form, selecting whether you prefer a replacement or refund.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Item
Carefully place the item in its original LORVATO packaging or a similarly secure container, including all tags and accessories.

Step 3 — Return Shipment
Affix the prepaid UPS or DHL return label provided with your order and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop-off at an authorized location.

Upon receipt, each returned item undergoes a detailed quality inspection:

  • Items meeting our return criteria will be approved promptly

  • Refunds or replacements are initiated shortly after inspection

Items that do not comply with our conditions may be declined and returned to the sender.

For clients who prefer a fully assisted experience, our Lorvato Concierge is available to manage every detail on your behalf — from arranging courier collection to confirming inspection and completion.
