Our Exchange & Size Adjustment Policy has been thoughtfully developed to provide flexibility without compromise, offering clear guidance and reassurance at every step. It is designed to ensure that your LORVATO piece not only meets your expectations, but feels impeccably aligned with your personal style and comfort.

Each exchange is managed with the same care, precision, and discretion that define our craftsmanship. From your initial request to the delivery of the adjusted piece, every detail is handled attentively, allowing you to make refinements with confidence and ease — because true luxury allows room for thoughtful perfection.

You may request an exchange for an eligible LORVATO purchase within 20 days of delivery.

Exchanges are available for:

  • A different size

  • An alternative color (subject to availability)

Each item is eligible for one exchange only.

To qualify for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • All original tags, accessories, and protective packaging must be included

  • The exchange request must be submitted within 20 days of receiving your order

Items marked as Final Sale, Customized, or Personalized are not eligible for exchange.

Our exchange process is designed to be simple and seamless:

Step 1 — Submit Your Request
Complete the online return form and select your preferred replacement size or color from available options.

Step 2 — Prepare Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original LORVATO box or an equivalent protective container, including all tags and accessories.

Step 3 — Return Shipment
Attach the prepaid return label provided and schedule a courier pickup or drop-off at an authorized location.

Once your exchange request is approved, the returned item is carefully received and inspected to ensure it meets our exchange conditions. Upon successful verification, your replacement piece is prepared and dispatched with priority handling, reflecting the same precision and care as your original order.

You will receive confirmation updates at each stage of the process, allowing you to track progress with confidence and clarity until your exchanged LORVATO piece arrives.

Should you decide not to keep the exchanged item, you may request a return in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

Please note that once an exchange has been completed, the original item is no longer eligible for further exchange.
