SHIPPING A RETURN

  1. Place the items inside the original Lorvato shipping box or a similar durable container.

  2. Include all accessories, tags, and product packaging exactly as received.

  3. Affix the prepaid UPS or DHL return label securely to the outside of the box.

  4. Schedule a free courier pickup, or drop your package at a nearby authorized return center.
